Always wanted to make your own clothes but not sure where to begin? This beginner-friendly class is the perfect starting point.

In this session, you’ll create a comfortable, wearable darted tank top — something you’ll be proud to say you made yourself.

Note: The pattern is not supplied by Perth Sewing centre.

What You’ll Learn

• How to sew accurate bust darts
• How to add hem vents
• How to bind armholes and neckline for a clean, professional finish

Build Your Core Skills

• Checking measurements for the correct fit
• Adjusting patterns (repositioning darts & adding length)

Class Details

• Half day session (BYO lunch)
• Maximum 6 participants (plenty of space to work comfortably)

By the end of the class, you’ll have completed your own top and gained the confidence to start making more of your own clothing.
