The rubber feed dog is used widely though in the commercial sewing industry when wanting to avoid the marking of leather or delicate fabrics.
The rubber pattern teeth spreads the pressure of the foot on the fabric more evenly, so as not to mark your fabrics/materials when sewing. As such, the rubber feed dog is a must-have for those working with vinyls and leathers!
This part is easily swapped out with your standard feed dogs, and the two can be interchangeable at your leisure. Simply remove the metal needle plate (2 screws) then remove the 2 securing screws from the feed dogs (2 screws) – this means 4 screws in total for the swap-over.
COMPATIBLE WITH: Juki TL series machines (Juki TL2010Q, Juki TL2200QVP Mini) and Brother PQ series machines.
