Havel’s double eye needle contains two 3½ inch long stainless steel needles with an eye at either end. The smooth tapered ends make it easy to secure serged chain ends under stitches. Also perfect for machine knitters to transfer stitches from one bed to another or for shaping, etc.
How to use for your serged chains —
Step 1- Pass the needle through your stitching (the flat eyes make it easy).
Step 2- Trim your tail to a reasonable length, and thread it through the other eye.
Step 3- Pull the needle through the stitching.
Step 4- Keep pulling until the cut end of the tail is exposed
Step 5- Trim!
Step 6- Tada! Secured stitch!
