This fusible parlan is a 4mm thick, felt-like polyester wadding with a dot adhesive system. Ideal for craft or tailoring applications when a thinner, lighter wadding or batting is required.
Many customers use this product as a substitute for ‘Pellon’.
Parlan is white in colour and 100cm wide – sent in a 25m roll.
