APPLICATION:
This adapter is required for some high shank models as some screw on feet (example: Brother Gathering Foot F012N) will not have adequate height to be used with some of the Brother embroidery/sewing machines presser bar. The adapter is used to add height to low shank screw on feet to ensure proper fitting as well as pressure on the fabric. Check to make sure that you are using the correct adapter for your machine.
