Join Dianne for our monthly Box Making Class where you’ll learn techniques to create a practical and stylish fabric box. Each month features a different box design, giving you the opportunity to build new skills while creating a useful finished project.This class is ideal for confident beginners and intermediate sewists. Dianne will guide you step by step, offering tips and techniques to help you achieve a professional finish. Box designs vary from month to month, and full details will be provided prior to the class

Extra requirements for class:

• Fabric for inside both boxes – about 1/2 –  1 metre
• Fabric to cover outside the boxes – about 1/2 – 1 metre
• Fabric to cover the lid – inside and outside – 1/2 metre each
• You will also need ribbon and D rings to make handles to lift the shelf out – ribbon should be about 9 mm wide and about 20 cms in length
• 2 x D rings – the ribbon should fit inside the flat part of the D ring. A clip to close the box lid – one that sits flush with the lid pieces.
