Do you guarantee a price match?
While in 99% of scenarios we can offer our customers a price match, there are some rare extenuating circumstances that would prevent us from doing so.
However, please do get in touch with us with a request — and we will respond to you with our absolute best deal within 24 hours of receiving your message. If there are any items or services that you would like to request from us, please do not hesitate to ask! We will do our very best to accommodate you.
Please also remember that we do offer free unlimited lessons and support on any machine that you purchase from The Perth Sewing Centre.
Can my price match include bonus items and accessories?
Absolutely! If we have confirmed the competitor listing as legitimate, we can also do our best to honour included bonus items and accessories.
If we cannot offer the exact brand of item as a bonus (such as specific thread brands or scissor brands that we do not stock), we can offer a close substitute item as a bonus for you. (Or alternatively, we can calculate the total value of any bonus items and/or bundles, and have this subtracted from your final price.)
Can my price match include free freight & delivery?
Here at The Perth Sewing Centre, we do offer free freight/delivery on any machinery purchase over the amount of $999.
However, if the machine in question is lower than the total of $999, and if you have presented proof of a competitors price inclusive of free delivery — we will do our very best to match free delivery for you. Please do get in touch with us with a request — and we will respond to you with our absolute best deal within 24 hours of receiving your message.
